What do we do differently?
I take a hospitality view with our Landlords and Tenants, treating your property as if was our home and the tenants the guests in it. Your property needs can prepare your property ready for letting from cleaning, maintenance and repairs to decorations. I will assist you in all aspect of the process, from viewings, vetting the prospect tenants, contracting, inventories and check-in. I will be on hand to assist them should they have any questions or problems once they have moved in . As part of the contract especially with long term tenants, I will carry out regular inspections to ensure the property is well maintained but also ensure the tenants are looked after and they also take care of your ‘home’.
