About Your Property Needs London

Hi! I am Chris, Landlord, Business Owner and Hospitality Specialist.

I created Your Property Needs as a landlord with 25 years of experience. I decided that one day that I had enough of poor and indifferent property management services, especially those with such an impersonal approach.

My first love is travel and the industry of hospitality and sales that I was in. I had no time to manage my portfolio and so I handed them over to agencies with varying degrees of success – but the challenge was always the same; keeping up with the agents themselves, in fact, I ended up doing all the work myself as they were never there when they were needed.

What I really needed was someone to be ‘me’ who would be able to take care of my properties, in the same manner as I would, wherever the properties were and wherever I might be. One point of contact, one dedicated to me.

So what is the difference here? – well for one as a landlord I understand and have empathy for the complexities of managing your own properties and I am dedicated to giving you a much more personal and customised service. Coming from a hospitality background, I treat my tenants and my landlords as my guests, striving to deliver an exceptional level of customer care.
